Ans : Buzzmeeh.com provides a service warranty of 30 days on repairs from the time mobile has been delivered. You just have to pay INR 299.00 as logistics fee or you can come directly to our office to avail warranty for free.Warranty is provided for the same repair & fault. We also offer a lifetime warranty on all our original parts replacement, if you face problems with a replaced part we will fix it for you for free. If you opted for a compatible part replacement your warranty is for 30 days from the mobile phone delivery. Repairs of water damage phones do not carry any warranty but we will assist you in fixing it nonetheless. Note : Warranty is only applicable provided gadget is not treated/opened/managed by any other vendor, post our last repair, if this clause is not adhered to, the warranty stands voided.
Is there any warranty from Buzzmeeh for the repairs?
Ans : Yes, Buzzmeeh provides 90 days of warranty for the parts replaced. The warranty of 90 days covers defects not owing to subsequent physical damage by customer, and relating to the parts that have been replaced only.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Ans : Buzzmeeh warranty doesn’t cover: Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack • Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops • Water damage • Tampering with internal hardware • Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs • Software issues unrelated to the repair • Jail-broken devices • New damages unrelated to the original repair • Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair - customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt.
Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including: • Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair • Existence of damage to the frame of device, as noted prior to the repair • Water damage • Jail-broken devices • Tampering with internal hardware: under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Our Specialist will be able to explain in further detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If in doubt, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device. • The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.
