  • Q. What are your working hours?

    For booking we are available 24x7. We try our best to be as responsive as possible. In case you don’t manage to reach us on our helpline, please write to us at support@Buzzmeeh.com. We’ll get back to you real soon!


  • Q. Is there any hidden cost?

    We firmly believe in fair and transparent pricing. Our prices are showcased on our website. All charges mentioned are inclusive of all taxes. There are no hidden costs at all. You will only be charged as quoted!


  • Q. Do you use originally manufactured screens or locally available alternatives?

    Only the high quality spares qualify our testing and grading process. Further, only a device manufacturer’s authorized service provider can claim their parts as original. Buzzmeeh uses high-end top quality parts for any repair service. The functionality and sensitivity of the parts are at par with their original counterparts. Moreover, we also provide post repair warranty on our different spare parts.


  • Q. How long will the onsite repair take?

    The entire process takes about 30-60 minutes approximately as your phone is handled by trained and efficient professionals technician, you can relax while it is being repaired. We will ensure everything is done perfectly!


  • Q. How long will the repair take for Pick up cases?

    The cases where Buzzmeeh has to take your phone to lab/workshop to diagnose the issue and accordingly we'll inform you what the issue is and what is the resolution of the issue, estimated time as per issue/fault and estimated cost associated with it. After your approval we initiate the resolution to the issue.


  • Q. Where will the repair take place?

    The repair will take place at your preferred location, be it your home/office or any nearby Cafe. We just need a place to sit and process the repair.


  • Q. What if I change my mind after I have scheduled an appointment?

    It wouldn’t be an issue as you can reschedule your booking anytime. Please let us know your preferred time and location before 1 hour of your schedule time and we will reschedule your repair request accordingly. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel the request, you have to pay the visit charges of Rs. 199 (if happens)


  • Q. After the screen/spare parts is replaced, if I don’t like the screen will you return my money?

    We use the best quality screens and spare parts and hence it is unlikely that you will feel the need to change it. Our technician will show and let you use the new screen or spare part before the final replacement happens. However, if you still don’t like it, we will not proceed with the screen or spare part replacement and won’t charge you a penny. Also, in case you face any display issues post the screen replacement, or mobile phone working issue after replacement of spare part, we offer a 6 month warranty.


  • Q. When and how can I make the payment?

    You can either pay online via debit card or credit card or Bank IMPS Transfers, wallets and UPI transfer. You can also pay in cash or online when the screen or spare part is replaced. When you are paying at the time booking appointmnet you can avail discount as per offers available.


  • Q. How can I contact Buzzmeeh?

  • Q. Is there any warranty from Buzzmeeh for the repairs?

    Yes, Buzzmeeh provides 30-day to 180-day warranty, for the parts replaced. The warranty covers defects not owing to subsequent physical & water damages by customer, and relating to the parts that have been replaced only.


  • Q. Where is your repair centre

    Unlike regular repair shops where you need travel to them, we will come to your doorstep. However, for picked up cases we do have certified labs located at multiple locations.


  • Q. How much time will Buzzmeeh take to resolve my query?

    Our team generally resolves an issue within 24 hours to 72 hours. You will get acknowledged and our team will close your queries as soon as possible.


  • Q. My coupon doesn't work! What should I do?

    Coupons are generally created for a specific region or product. Please check the following, before applying a coupon for your product.

  • Q. How can I claim my warranty?

    You can claim the warranty by writing to us at info@Buzzmeeh.com with the service details and the invoice delivered to you at the time of repair. If you need any further assistance, please connect via Chat or write to us at info@Buzzmeeh.com.


  • Q. What does 6 month warranty cover?

    We provide a 6 months warranty on every screen or spare part replacement under the following conditions-

    ANY display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically dead pixels, discoloration, visible lines and touch issues.

    Warranty is not applicable under the below conditions-

    We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the warranty.

    Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained.

    • • Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
    • • Water damage
    • • Tampering with internal hardware
    • • Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
    • • Software issues unrelated to the repair
    • • Jail-broken devices
    • • New damages unrelated to the original repair
    • • Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair - customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt.
    • • Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including-
    • • Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from repair, as noted prior to the repair
    • • Existence of damage to the device frame, as noted prior to the repair
    • • Water damage
    • • Jail-broken devices
    • • Tampering with internal hardware: Under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Our specialist will be able to explain in detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If you have any doubts, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair the device on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device.

    ***Please note-The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual.

  • Q. Can warranty be claimed from different location.

  • Q. Can you repair my phone if I send the same using courier.

    Yes, the same can be repaired. However, the courier cost need to be borne by customer only.
